My father and I live in a medicine chest:
He is the super-size band aid, strong and powerful,
but not always effective in a crisis.
He is the super-sized tweezer,
with picks and pokes and pinches.
He is the tylenol pack, distracting me from pain.
And I, am the wood and glue that holds us both together.
