1. A women trying to mend a fallen flower back together.

2. Flowers in most aspects are signs of love and peace etc. The women trying to put the flower shows dexterity(skill) in love. Although a flower cannot be put back together, the woman shows hope in trying to perform an action of love(flower).

3. a) Imagery: “Intact deftly placed it.”

3. b) Alliteration: “The Flower Fallen she saw it,” or “Where it lay a Pink Petal.”

4. If this poem were a metaphor, it may mean to fix things after destruction. In many metaphors fixing, is a sign of hope and belief.
